How do I pay?
Cash on delivery only. You pay the driver when your order arrives — no card or online payment needed.
How much is delivery?
$4 flat, anywhere in Lebanon.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, and delivery usually takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.
How does Bundle & Save work?
Add more items and the discount applies automatically — no code needed:
- Buy 2 items — save 15%
- Buy 3 or more items — save 25%
You can mix and match any products; the discount applies to your whole order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, as long as it has not been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp as soon as possible.
Can I return something?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, unused and in its original packaging. See our Returns & Refunds page.
Is everything in stock?
Stock is shown on every product page. If something is sold out, message us — we can often tell you when it is back.
What are your working hours?
Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM.
